explore what they want, develop connections with others and realise their full potential.
MYRC offers young people a platform to have their voices heard, to tell us what they want and trust that they will be listened to. Our programs, services, partnerships and amenities provide young people with opportunity to invest in their future and make a positive contribution to their community.

Girls' After School Recreation
After School Recreation
School Holiday Program
Girls Rec Arvo's are a safe place where those who identify as a young woman can come and hang out, eat some food, play pool and basketball, and get involved in some creative art activities. It is free and occurs on Wednesday
Rec Arvo programs occur ever Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Rec Arvo's provide a safe place where young people aged 12-24 years can come and use the centres facilities, have a bite to eat and hang out with friends or make new ones.
Individual Support & Casework
A free drop-in style on-line group program assisting people with any problematic behaviours, such as addiction to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, vaping gambling, food, shopping, the Internet and others.
MYRC offers free case management for young people aged 12- 24 years. This service is a service that offers young people individual support and assistance.
MYRC offers free Counselling to young people aged 12yrs-24yrs needing support. This service is client centred and seeks to support young people with issues that are impacting on their lives.
YOUNG ABORIGINAL MEN'S YARNING CIRCLE
LGBTQIA+ SOCIAL SUPPORT GROUP
Are you a young Aboriginal Young Man that would like to meet up and yarn with others? This group is for Aboriginal young men 12yrs- 18yrs who would like to be involved in cultural activities, cultural camps and becoming a mentor.
Friday BBQ's and pool competition, are at MYRC and are for young people aged 12-18 years old. It is a safe place to come at the end of the week, chill with friends, have something to eat and have some fun.
The LGBTQIA+ social support group is a safe and inclusive group where young people aged 16yrs -20 years who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community can come together, meet others and gain support from MYRC workers.
